What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases?

The minimum order quantity for wholesale is six bottles.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes, for for purchases of 24 bottles or more we offer a 10% discount. For larger orders, please contact us for pricing discounts.

What are your accepted payment methods for wholesale orders?

We accept most major credit cards, checks, Zelle or cash.

Can I place a custom order for specific products or quantities?

How long does it take to process and ship wholesale orders?

Shipping time varies from 48-72 hours of receipt of the order.

Do I need to create a wholesale account to place an order?

Yes, in order to place a wholesale order, you must first apply for a wholesale account.

Who is eligible to apply for a wholesale account?

Resellers with a valid Business ID or Tax ID may apply.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

In the Login window, click on Don’t Have a Wholesale Account? Click Here to Apply. Besides the application, you will be directed to sign a Minimum Allowed Price (MAP) agreement. When we have both documents we will process your application. If you are accepted you will recieve a username and a replaceable password to login.

Do you require a reseller’s license or tax ID to purchase wholesale?

Yes

Is there an approval process, and how long does it take?

Yes, there is an approval process which may take 48-72 hours. Along with your application, you are required to sign a Minimum Allowed Price (MAP) agreement as well. When we receive both documents, you will be processed and if accepted you will be mailed a username and a changeable password.

Shipping & Returns

What shipping options are available for wholesale orders?

We generally ship PathFinder by UPS or USPS.

Do you ship wholesale orders internationally?

Yes, with the caveat that most countries require prior approval of products before they are allowed for import. But yes, we would be interested in working with foreign distributorships.

What is your policy on damaged or defective items?

We offer a full refund for damaged or defective items.

Can I return unsold products? If so, what is the return policy?

Unsold products may be returned within 30 days. Shipping costs and a 15% handiling fee may apply.

Who covers shipping costs for returns or exchanges?

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns; however, we cover shipping costs on out-going wholesale orders.
