PathFinder supports methyl donation by supplying folic acid cycle nutrients such as Folate (5-mTHF), vitamins B2, B6 and B12, glycine for methyl donation. PathFinder also provides Betaine, an important methyl donor from choline. Methyl donation is called one carbon metabolism and it is important for DNA health, protein synthesis and methionine cycling.*

The recommended dosage is two packets per day (one AM packet and one PM packet). Each packet contains seven capsules. It is best taken with meals to enhance nutrient absorption. If you have liver fibrosis or liver cirrhosis your physician may recommend three packets per day plus 1800 mg PPC (phosphatidylcholine). PPC is sold with PathFinder as a combination package.*
